Fruth Property Management, Inc. has a large selection of apartments and houses for rent in the area surrounding the University of Cincinnati's campus. We specialize in U.C. student rentals from efficiencies to five bedroom apartments to entire houses. All of our rentals are in recently renovated Victorian buildings that provide an ambiance not found in new construction. This means you can expect more space, high ceilings, hardwood floors, natural woodwork, and solid brick construction. All rentals are a short walk from UC's campus. We do allow our tenants to have cats (sorry, no dogs) for no additional monthly charge.
